In 2022, I began my PhD journey with the Open University Design Group in STEM, and my research focuses on the location of ethics in design practice.

I led Discovery work to redesign performance management in a large banking organisation, embedding human-centred practices in a fast-paced environment.

I led the Service Design team for the NHS Test & Trace initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our objective was to help optimise the "trace" proposition by focusing on the self-isolation journey.

I co-founded a community where people can discuss, share knowledge and learn from one another about how applying Design principles to different areas of management can help create better professionals and organisations.

Designed and delivered the Studio, an interactive client engagement suite. Developed and implemented procedures and sales methodologies to enhance its capabilities.

I co-founded a web service for young writers, combining blog and magazine features. The platform allowed readers to influence the writing process by viewing real-time updates and providing comments.
