I am an accomplished professional with over 17 years of Industry experience in developing, leading, and executing successful projects for renowned brands. I have worked with clients across various industries, gaining deep insights into their businesses and designing solutions that drive tangible success. My passion lies in applying human-centred design principles and user experience best practices to challenge the status quo, foster innovation, and deliver value in underperforming areas.
My skills and areas of interest encompass various design disciplines, like design ethics, design thinking, workshop design and facilitation, behavioural design, neuroscience, design management, service design, systems thinking, business architecture, and user experience. By leveraging this diverse skill set, I strive to make a meaningful impact on projects and organisations I work with.
I am pursuing a doctorate in Design at The Open University, and my research focuses on the location of ethics within design practice. In addition to this, I serve as a PGR (Postgraduate Research) student representative on the STEM Academic Committee and on the Senate, where I actively contribute to shaping the research landscape and enhancing the student experience.

I am currently a doctoral research student in the STEM Faculty within the Department of Design at The Open University, where my focus lies in the field of ethics of design. Specifically, I am dedicated to exploring the location of ethics in digital design practice. In addition to my research pursuits, I actively contribute as a representative for PGR students on the STEM Academic Committee.
