I am an accomplished and ambitious senior-level professional with over 16 years of experience in developing, leading, and executing successful, visionary projects for high-profile brands. I have worked with a range of clients across a variety of industries to understand their businesses, validate challenges and design solutions that deliver success. I help organisations to challenge, innovate and add value to underperforming areas by applying human-centred design principles and user experience best practices.

I am a doctoral research student in the STEM Faculty in the Department of Design at The Open University. My area of interest is design ethics and, more specifically, ethical decision-making in digital product design. I am also a PGR student representative on the STEM Academic Committee.

I graduated from the Graphics Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. I specialised in book illustration and art history, and this is where I started my journey with design. During my final years, I also signed up at the School of Pedagogy to obtain a Certificate in HE.
