As a design practitioner with 17 years of experience and a PhD researcher, I have delivered talks and workshops globally, often remotely from my home office. I have advised organisations across various industries, presented at events such as the Banking Transformation Summit and the Oxford-Cambridge ARC Universities Group, and participated in numerous panel discussions. My engagements include in-house sessions where I help teams understand design and its role in solving the right problems, and external presentations at banking summits and design conferences.
I have trained, mentored, and coached many design practitioners and teams, contributing to their growth and skill development. Additionally, I have authored thought leadership pieces for organisations, appeared on podcasts and contributed to peer-reviewed academic literature.
My main areas of focus are topics such as design and technology ethics, design thinking, human-centred design, designing for AI, and design strategy in tech.
